The appointment form asks for your name, phone number, email, an optional date, and an optional short message. Do not attach full medical records through WhatsApp if you would rather share them in clinic.

How it is used

Details are used to answer the enquiry and schedule a consultation. They are not sold. Once you choose WhatsApp, that message is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms.
